The European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA) is the leading authority on illicit drugs in the European Union.
The EMCDDA is participating in the event 'COVID-19 pandemic and its influence on the world drug problem: New challenges and prospects' one of the side evens of the CND session, organised by the Russian Federation.
